The period between mid-September through mid-May is often overlooked, although this is one of the most beautiful times to visit. The weather is wonderful, opening up excellent opportunities for golf, tennis, boating, surfing, and fishing. Many local residents prefer this time of year; besides the moderate weather, local traffic is less congested.
